How our IT support works ............
Stage 1 - Free consultation and IT site survey - We will send an engineer to your office where they will analyse your current IT setup and discuss with you improvements, recommendations aswell as any security risks they may discover. This is all free and under no obligation!
Stage 2 - IT support options - We will then analyse your IT systems and give you options on your most cost effective level of IT support aswell as highlighting any key areas for improvements within your IT setup.
Stage 3 - Support agreement - Once you have selected your IT support package we will then asign you with your IT engineer aswell as giving you his direct contact details. We will also arrange your first scheduled IT engineer visit.
Your IT engineer will then resolve any highlighted computer issues and implement the necessary amendments to your IT systems, aswell as running various system checks on your equipment and software and making sure your computers and devices are in good working order.
Stage 4 - On-going IT Support - We will set up regular scheduled visits for your IT maintenance schedule. Your assigned IT engineer will deal with all IT support issues related to your business and resolve these on regular on-site visits to your office aswell as remotely. Your IT engineer will also be available for meetings and discussions regarding future upgrades and expansion of your systems. Your IT engineer will also recommend regular improvements for your IT systems and will keep you aware of the latest technology and solutions that could be beneficial to your business.
