We have been providing IT services in the UK for over 21 years.
We have fixed "literally" over 100,000 IT problems since the company was formed in 1999 and have supported hundreds of local businesses systems in order to keep their IT devices secure / protected and operational.

1999
2000 - 2017
Spiderweb Systems ventures into providing IT Support for small businesses in Essex and moves into a new office in Imperial Park , Rayleigh, Those offices became home for the next 17 years as the business continued to grow from strength to strength.
2017-2019
Spiderweb Systems continue to move from strength to strength, and employ an additional team of IT support engineers helping the business to support their vastly expanding client base.
2019-2021
Spiderweb Systems continue to expand the business by employing a further two additional highly skilled engineers with expertise in Microsoft Cloud services. Helping migrate even more of the existing client base over to cloud IT services .

Our history…
Founded in June 2000 by a Board of Directors the company quickly expanded into what it is today. We provide a personal and flexible hands on approach and can supply IT support service level agreements or regular IT system health checks for any size of company no matter what budget you have.
